Instructions to VLEs | Economic Census 2019 Registration

Dear VLEs,

We are making some changes in the Economic Census 2019 Registration portal for registration of VLEs. Enumerators and Supervisors. The key points are as follows:-

New Registrations have been suspended for 2 working days. New Registrations of VLEs. Enumerators and Supervisors will be available from 14th March 2019 Friday.
People who have already made registration may edit the registration details for VLEs, Enumerators and Supervisors.

The changes are to take place in the following segments:-

VLE who have not done demo auth to demo auth themselves first.
Only VLE can be supervisor. So any VLE who have not registered themselves as supervisor must register themselves as supervisors
VLEs who have registered themselves as enumerators must edit their profile to supervisors
VLEs who have registered other people as supervisor must change those people to enumerator or delete those people.
VLEs who have registered themselves in other districts or states must change it to their state and district only. Else any mismatch in their actual district and registered district will be deleted by CSC SPV.
VLE must register the actual mobile number of enumerator and supervisors. There should not be any duplicate mobile numbers. All duplicates will be disabled to work. Mobile numbers are being verified by OTP.
VLE in rural areas can register up to 10 enumerators and VLEs in urban can register up-to 50 enumerators.
Minimum Qualification for Enumerator is Tenth
For all new registration, (general) OTP to be send to registered mobile number
Ensure that the photographs uploaded for enumerator and supervisor are correct. If VLE has made mistakes then they can edit it now. Any malicious/ duplicate upload of photos shall lead to deletion of CSC VLE registration for ECI operations.
This window for editing is open for only one week 7 days. Hence please complete the edition and up-dations at the earliest.
SMSes are being sent to the VLEs. ALL the registered VLEs and enumerators and Supervisors are requested to update at the earliest.

1. नए पंजीकरणों को 2 कार्य दिवसों के लिए निलंबित कर दिया गया है। वीएलई के नए पंजीकरण। Enumerators और पर्यवेक्षक 14 मार्च 2019 शुक्रवार से उपलब्ध होंगे।
2. जो लोग पहले ही पंजीकरण करा चुके हैं, वे VLE, Enumerators और पर्यवेक्षकों के लिए पंजीकरण विवरण संपादित कर सकते हैं।

निम्नलिखित सेगमेंट में बदलाव होने हैं: -

1. वीएलई जिन्होंने पहले डेमो को खुद डेमो करने के लिए डेमो ऑउटफिट नहीं किया है।
2. केवल वीएलई पर्यवेक्षक हो सकता है। तो कोई भी वीएलई जिसने खुद को पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में पंजीकृत नहीं किया है, को खुद को पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में पंजीकृत करना चाहिए
3. वीएलई जिन्होंने खुद को एन्यूमरेटर के रूप में पंजीकृत किया है, को पर्यवेक्षकों को अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल संपादित करनी होगी
4. वीएलई जिन्होंने अन्य लोगों को पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में पंजीकृत किया है, उन लोगों को उन लोगों को भर्ती करने या हटाने के लिए बदलना होगा।
5. वीएलई जिन्होंने खुद को अन्य जिलों या राज्यों में पंजीकृत किया है, उन्हें इसे केवल अपने राज्य और जिले में बदलना होगा। अपने वास्तविक जिले और पंजीकृत जिले में किसी भी बेमेल को सीएससी एसपीवी द्वारा हटा दिया जाएगा।
6. VLE को एन्यूमरेटर और सुपरवाइज़र का वास्तविक मोबाइल नंबर रजिस्टर करना होगा। कोई भी डुप्लीकेट मोबाइल नंबर नहीं होना चाहिए। सभी डुप्लिकेट को काम करने के लिए अक्षम कर दिया जाएगा। मोबाइल नंबर OTP द्वारा सत्यापित किए जा रहे हैं।
7. ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में वीएलई 10 एनुमरेटर तक पंजीकरण कर सकता है और शहरी में वीएलई 50 एन्यूमरेटर्स रजिस्टर कर सकता है।
8. एन्यूमरेटर के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता दसवीं है
9. सभी नए पंजीकरण के लिए, (सामान्य) ओटीपी पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा
10. सुनिश्चित करें कि प्रगणक और पर्यवेक्षक के लिए अपलोड की गई तस्वीरें सही हैं। यदि VLE ने गलतियाँ की हैं तो वे अब इसे संपादित कर सकते हैं। तस्वीरों के किसी भी दुर्भावनापूर्ण / डुप्लिकेट अपलोड से ईसीआई संचालन के लिए सीएससी वीएलई पंजीकरण को हटा दिया जाएगा।
11. संपादन के लिए यह विंडो केवल एक सप्ताह 7 दिनों के लिए खुली है। इसलिए कृपया जल्द से जल्द संस्करण और अप-डेट्स को पूरा करें।
12. वीएलई को एसएमएस भेजे जा रहे हैं। सभी पंजीकृत वीएलई और प्रगणकों और पर्यवेक्षकों से जल्द से जल्द अपडेट करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है।
